Over his decade in public service, he has held senior roles at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), where he built and led groundbreaking efforts on SBOM, coordinated vulnerability disclosure, and IoT security.
